    LED conversion bulb for 6C/8D Maglite torches

    I used this LED conversion on both my Maglites (x6C & x8D) for home use. No real increase in range, but LEDs gives a superior more piercing white ligh that is preferred. Better shock-resistance expected, as well as longer battery life. LED bulbs fit in the spare bulb carrier in the Maglite's end-cap. Overall a reasonably priced conversion and recommended especially for heavy duty use where the alternative use as a baton could be anticipated.

    Scoop Up While Still Available!

    Becoming harder to find and still does as good a job as the so called new & improved. A tip not widely known is to wear surgical type gloves to avoid finger tip body oil contact with bulb. To me it increases greatly the life and brilliance of bulb.

    bulbs always seem to burn out t the wrong time. Having them on hand sure beats driving off to find them. Harder to find than you might think.
