    Product is great but seller never replied to repeated communication. I did reorder from them once price of product changed and high shipping per item was removed. I didn’t want to buy 10 items w/a $10 shipping charge and then discover that if I didn’t get what was advertised. A little communication goes a long way. Would have bought all 11 first time had they taken time to respond.

I have messaged the seller and asked for an update on the status of my order, and as of today, April 4, still have not heard back from them. Obviously, I have been duped. Lesson learned.
