    The seller intentionally shipped used and very old looking item to me as against new item and the original package that was listed on eBay. This item was also sent to me without the accessories attached to the order. I have also tried to resolve this issue with the seller all to no avail. Now am demanding for refund for $150 to enable get all the accessories that are missing and make up for the old looking tape.
