Other Sellers take care of their customers whereas this Seller has no clue about customer service. Seller shipped late and would not answer messages about shipment. I will be pursuing this matter further in a court of law. Buyer instead wanted a partial refund. I do not do partial refunds which is why offer full refunds and free returns in any case where I am at fault.
