Pity about the hard-to-open, non-recyclable plastic packaging. This is not the seller's fault, rather bad decisions by Sennheiser. But they do sound good and do a decent job of isolating outside noise. The included volume control is a bit sensitive but works. Overall - happy to recommend seller and product.
