    Genuine OEM battery. Seems to hold a charge very well and is exactly what I was looking for versus some of the others that claim to be OEM and our total garbage. Would chill out the extra couple bucks for this versus the others. You would be best off doing so if you want a battery that actually lasts.

    The battery I received does indeed appear to be an authentic OEM battery and fit the phone perfectly, so that was great. I have to give a full disclosure and say that I wasn't able to turn my phone on still so I can't guarantee that the battery works great, but I don't think that has anything to do with the battery. Replacing the battery was a long shot solution for this phone, and I'm glad I was able to do so for a cheap price.

    Excellent product, and really easy vendor to buy from.

    Lve that you can easily replace a Samsung batter in the older phones. I will keep my S5 until it totally dies, if it were a newer phone wiht the non-removable battery, I would have had to get rid of it years ago.

    OK, but NOT OEM

    It is not an OEM original Samsung battery. I can see the differences between this and the battery that came with the phone. This one does NOT have an NFC antenna. That is the clearest evidence that it is just another Chinese copy of the original. Otherwise it performs well for now. But I don't expect it to last for many years like the OEM Samsung battery would.
