Normally i'd complain but the company being in new delhi, it would probably be an exercise in futility. Could i have gotten a better mantle somewhere else without out a loose rheostat and number plate that could actually hold a temp that matches the settings? yeah, i could have. this isnt it, but it works ok for now.
