However when they arrived, the came with bright red collars, not black as pictured. I wasn't consulted about this change and wouldn'thave said yes as it doesnt match the coat at all. I washed them straight away, and all the stitching, mainly on the belts, started coming undone. Very disappointing considering the price. I went out of my way to get the coats sent early, as far as red collars go, if you were unhappy with the colour, why did you not contact me before washing them. They could have been sent back and replaced free of charge to you. I don't see your issue.
