    The seller shipped promptly and I received the shipment early. The items were packaged well but there had been some rough handling enroute. The contents were well-protected and the items I checked appeared to be in working order. Unfortunately, only five of the six cd cartridges were sent. I preferred and was expecting to receive a partial refund. However, the seller asked that the items be returned. I sent the items back this morning. I wish the seller had contacted me directly.

    Sorry to say I would not buy from seller ...Item took a bit longer to get here, when arrived the left wheel on power nozzle was broken..which was not in the box or was it described broken.     Great foaming but not hot enough

    Although it does not heat the milk as hot as I’d like (my preference is 180 degrees), it foams very nicely and quickly and has an option for super foaming for cappuccino or slightly less foaming (for macchiato). While the milk proteins and fat stick to the bottom and require a small soft brush to clean just after dispensing, it’s a little easier than most others due to a slick coating inside. The metal on the outside gets spotted with water but seems to wipe away with regular care.

    Sleak, easy to use.

    I actually rate it 4.5, maybe I haven't master how to use it, but it seemed to me that the milk do not get as hot as I thought it would.

    just what i was looking for
