The tracking went smoothly until the item cleared customs, then there was a cross-labeling error made and I ended up receiving someone's bottle of essential oil instead of the DVD. After a bit of detective work, this was sorted out and I received the DVD on the 1st of May. The item was as described by the seller but in different packaging as it was initially delivered elsewhere.
