    Terrific cookbook with added features!

    If you like Mayberry, Andy and the cast, you'll love this book. What a great idea; recipes, and photos from the show; some with the actors facsimile autograph. Lots of nice recipes to try. Highly recommended & would make a fabulous gift for a cook or fan of the show!

    Not for me

    I wanted to really like this cookbook but was very disalutioned. I do like the show but I'm not what you'd call a "fan". Given the time area of the show I thought the recipes would be more like home cooking from back in the day. Maybe a fun book to "read" but I didn't see much that I would make from this, prob will donate it once I'm done reading it. I wouldn't recommend this cookbook, but if you're a "fan" of the show you might like it.

    Great if you loved Andy Griffith and the gang!

    I am a lifelong Andy Griffith fan and I love this cookbook. It is chock full of great recipes, good old fashioned comfort food, just like you would imagine Aunt Bee made. There are many pictures and anecdotes from the show, I am totally enjoying this cookbook.

    A wonderful and fun read--

    The food is basic every day fare; however the presentation of coming from Aunt Bee's kitchen and the kitchens of all her friends makes a great read for any Andy Taylor fan. Lots of good pictures from the show and good basic foods for every day cooking. This was a good use for my money.
