      Received (31/01/25) with thanks. Yet to assemble but will follow-up within this feedback. Exceptional communications that went above and beyond - follow-up on even a minor inquiry of doubts. Customer Service from the delivery co. was also amazing. Cons: driver was unable to deliver upstairs (apartment with lifts) which is fair enough - assumed due to OH&S/insurance factors. Building Management assisted and it was resolved. Highly recommend for outstanding communications & services👏🙏

      Buyers need to plan ahead for this 'BIG & Bulky' item especially if it's to be transported to anywhere beyond ground level. Patience with lots of TLC during the assembling process is required. Request for assistance if / when required - happy to point you to someone who has completed the job if you reside in Vic. Overall: well worth it for all the spaces saved in the long run.
