The retail box was shipped in a non padded plastic bag so the box did get a little dented but the item itself was fine and shipping was free so I'm not really concerned about it.     Seller communication not too good- my item bounced all over the place and I messaged seller to look in to it- seller never responded in over a day and a half during business days. Item itself is top of the line and arrived in pristine condition. It did arrive 2 days late but I don't believe that was seller's fault- I believe that was USPS. All in all, good quality- seller should really work on response time. But that aside, they are pretty good and sell good quality items. 5* would recommend.
