    Seller shipped my perfume in a small plastic bag, unprotected and loose in the bag, so it arrived opened with no cap on it and was all spilled. Seller did not send it as a fragile item, and shipped 4 days after I ordered it. Seller did provide a refund, but argued that she didn’t advertise as new, even though that’s what the condition description said, so the condition was not accurate.

    Perfume was shipped wrapped in bubble wrap then put in padded envelope I thought it would be secure, Item damaged and leaked everywhere, I issued a full refund. And apologized. Was listed as 75% full but there was no way to tell that after receiving it and it leaked all out. I couldnt have made the buyer happy regardless. An apology and full refund was not enough.
