    I have sold $1,000 of dollars of items in the past on EBAY If the buyer had an issue with a purchase, he could contact me and resolve the issue. with your new ebay commerce policy the purchaser is totally out of luck if there is a problem or help needed. This happened to me with a heat cool unit I bought on ebay.for a street rod. not only was I ignored buy the company I purchased it from but was told I didn't even buy the unit from them. There was no help from Ebay (tough luck) my problem

    The actual product is satisfactory no complaints there. But their idea of combining the shipping was to take 1 dollar off. My idea of combining the shipping is to only charge the listed shipping for one item/set. It’s not like they shipped them separately in separate envelopes. You can do better.
