Was told they would cross-ship. My return was already out for delivery before right item was given to UPS. Order I placed Jan 2 didn't receive till Jan 27. There is also a weird texture skin they applied to lid and trackpad. Guess part of their "refurb" process. Was also on the 1st item. Not in description or pics. Going to avoid seller in future.

The ram was double as advertised and the operating system was upgraded!
