I ordered the Neutrogena products on 16th May 2025 and by last week 25th June 2025, had not been delivered when I raised complaint. The tracker only shows date of payment, tracking available and delivered. I was not sent any communication to pay taxes at customs because this would have easy to do with visa card just as I made payment when ordering; and as I have done with many other online purchases like Shein and Temu. No seller clearing agent.
