Product... 100,000 excellent! It arrived well packaged, including only the laptop and the original charger. The computer has worked well and is very nice. As for aesthetics, I give it a 9.9 because the bottom was a little dirty, but I cleaned it carefully and it was fine. It also has a small scratch on the back cover, but it's almost imperceptible. The value its amazing THANK YOU

The laptop itself was also somewhat dirty. Function wise, its great. I am an IT guy so I'm extra but I noticed the NVMe drive installed is quite slow. I replaced it with a WD Black NVMe and now its perfect. Thanks again - the price and warranty you cannot go wrong with!
