Exceptional communications that went above and beyond - follow-up on even a minor inquiry of doubts. Customer Service from the delivery co. was also amazing. Cons: driver was unable to deliver upstairs (apartment with lifts) which is fair enough - assumed due to OH&S/insurance factors. Building Management assisted and it was resolved. Highly recommend for outstanding communications & services👏🙏Follow-up from: i***z- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Buyers need to plan ahead for this 'BIG & Bulky' item especially if it's to be transported to anywhere beyond ground level.
