Be aware that cheap units like this require careful installation of the power wires as the connectors are tiny and I would say fragile, so that the mains power wires are very close to each other. However if you are not needing to alter the power feed like I do you won't have a problem with this. Also handy is water pressure gauge, good for all types of problem solving with leaks, etc.

Finally, I have found a seller that when they put on the ad "make offer" they actually mean it. Too many on ebay put in the make offer component but they actually only come down a minute amount. Hardly worth waiting for the response. This seller on the other hand, I put in what I thought was a reasonable offer and it was accepted. well done.
