    Good

    This is the one to fit the K-55. Its different than the one that fits all the other Keurig's. It works great, you can use your own choice of coffee. Like all of these it aint that easy to clean, but I still like it. Note, don't pack the coffee down, just level and loose, otherwise it will spit coffee at you everywhere.

    Use your choice of ground coffee

    The good part is that it allows use of coffee that may not be available in K-cups, including grinding your own beans. The not so good part is that the size of the filter limits the amount of grounds you can use, and it is very difficult to clean after use.

    Easy Option To Use Your Own Coffee

    The Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter let's the brewer use his own coffee, expanding the options beyond all the K-Cup single serve packs. The filter holder easily replaces the K-Cup pack insert with a mesh screen that serves as the reusable filter. It is easy to use and simple cleaning. The model of reusable filter is for the older versions of the Keurig brewers with model numbers having only 2 digits after the "K" (Kxx). Other filters are available for the newer models that have 3 numbers after the "K" (Kxxx). While not quite as handy as using the individual K-Cup packs, it does give more options and lesser cost per cup of coffee. I would recommend this relatively inexpensive accessory for anyone with an older Keurig Coffee brewer that wants the option to use their own coffee.

    Trying something different?

    For trying a new coffee or using up some that's on hand, this is just what's needed. I acquired my Keurig machine while I still had several pounds of good quality beans on hand. I've used these to whittle away at that on hand stash. They need cleaning after each use but that just takes a minute using tap water. They're worthwhile.

    The best out there

    We already had one that came with our unit and it is by far better than anything out there. We just wanted more and will be getting more of them. We can load them up at night and just brew them in the morning even though they are super easy to clean anyway.

    Does what it's supposed to

    Glad I can brew my own kind of coffee went I don't want to use pods. Fairly easy to change, takes a little longer to clean. It can kinda be a hassle if you go back from this filter to the pods frequently.

    Unlimited options

    I have two BIG problems with Keurig coffee brewers. One is the cost per cup and the other is that I hate almost every coffee I've tried. Now I have access to my personally mixed and favorite blend of coffees. The KCup Filter is simple to install and easy to use. I clean it with a small tooth brush and it appears to be made to last, if carefully handled. When this one goes, I will buy another.
