    Prior to purchasing the item I asked the seller about some physical characteristic of the product to make sure it was the same as our original product, as the transmitter, got fried during an electrical storm at our church in Houston. Unfortunately, the seller, did not respond. In any event I took a chance that the product was as described, and it was, and it was delivered as expected. Everything worked and I am pleased..suggestion - when you are asked a question - please answer it!

    Seller's listing shows black cabinet and even has the part number for a black cabinet. They shipped 2 gray cabinets & I reached out as Ebay states & seller''s response is sorry for the mix up, not let me fix it, ship them back, give refund. Didn't realize until on job site, had to paint one cabinet black, would not recommend seller and shame on them for false advertising on their product. This is why companies struggle doing business with ebay with Seller's like this.
