Best of Southern Cookbooks
One of the best books for southern cooking you can buy. The Revel is a tradition in the upper part of Louisiana, and food is super good but the recipes in this book are past good, they are superb. I've bought several of these for gifts to give, they are that good. Older book but worth looking for.
