    I ordered the swing arm perm rods, and when they came some had bands. I have a lot of trouble with the bands and just wanted the swing arm ones. I contacted seller, about returning and getting just the ones with swing arms. He said to contact eBay about a refund and when he gets them he'd inspect them and offer a refund. How to I go about this. Do I pay for shipping? As the description was false, it seems unfair to have to pay for shipping when returning. Hope to hear from you. Thank you

    the photos showed all of the perm rods...the two different types...I told her to request a return document and the shipping cost would be on me of course...and after inspecting them she would be refunded fully...she is new to Ebay so she doesn't know how things work...BEWARE SELLERS...:(
