    Down arrow key not working on the laptop upon arrival. I contacted the seller who said they had "video proof" that it worked before posting. When I asked to see the proof I was ignored. Decided to keep the laptop with the fault as it was for my daughter who doesn't care, but won't buy anything from this seller again
