The egg cartons as packing mat'l is clever and held up better than the box which had obviously been dropped and retaped. The machine case bottom is cracked and broken. FedEx is the worst at damaging what they ship. Thank goodness for the case. The machine itself needs to be overhauled, but I expected that. I'm satisfied with the purchase. Thank you and take care.
