    Callanetics back in my life 😊

    Had this book many years ago and the exercise worked wonders on my body, but unfortunately the book must have got lost in house moves. Feeling I needed to get my body in shape wondered if I could find this book and was over the moon to find and at such a cheap price. On day 7 of the exercises and already seeing improvements in my shape so over the moon!!
