The ad is certainly a lot different in the fact it leaves out the part where you have to make your own goopy to form the denture plates and I might attempt to do so sometime in the future. A refund was offered once photographic evidence was sent. Had the packaging being suitable, then the quality was probably good enough and reasonable value, but I'll never know as I couldn't use it. I've given positive feedback due to the customer service, not the item or packaging.
