They also reassured me that they would package the receiver to a high level to prevent damage. They then offered me a better price. Bought it and the receiver was very very well packaged and protected. They used cardboard panels to hold the bubble wrap around the in place - then used crumpled paper in a box for protection and then put that box in a bigger box with more crumpled paper.
