    Communication was good and the book was dispatched promptly arriving on one of the two days indicated in the estimated delivery (not sure which one). It had rained heavily for some of the time that the book was in our letter box and the paperback book mailing envelope was a little damp so I was worried that the book would be wet. However, the inside of the envelope was lined with a thin film of plastic and so the book was completely dry. Thank you for taking that extra care with the packaging.

    Written in easy to read language, filled with concise and easy to understand advice for the ordinary person, the Barefoot Investor is exactly what it says on the cover: “the only money guide you’ll ever need”. Buy it for yourself, buy it for your teenage and adult kids. Taking financial control really is possible, and the ability to become financially comfortable and independent - on any income - is laid out in this step by step guide. Best $24 I’ve ever spent.

    Good Value

    I find the writer to be a man with a sense of humour, knows what he's talking about and serious about getting people back on there feet, giving them the tools they need to stay on track, it pays to have a laugh through pages keeps the character of the book real and the reader reading without the feeling of being board and want to go to sleep.

    A helpful financial life plan

    The author sets out a realistic achievable plan for those who need guidance. It is fair to say that those who find themselves lost the world of personal finance can benefit enormously by using this as a part of their basic life's financial guide. I wish I had been exposed to this kind of good advice and strategies over the past 40 yrs. My wife and I are now adopting Scott's ideas to our life to try to set ourselves up for a more comfortable stress free retirement in 5 yrs.
