Shipped via auspost in envelope wrapped in cardboard, arrived with no physical damage. Seller reached out to apologise and confirmed wrong listing was sent. Photos match different cheaper item on their store. They offered to send correct part but I accepted refund of price difference after testing. Seems like honest mistake. Good communication
