The bubble mailer poorly sealed and as a result, the package arrived without the DVD. This is also confirmed by the post office by the sticker that notes that it arrived without contents. There is photo evidence of all this. Any decent seller would have made good knowing that their lack of packing quality resulted in their customer not receiving an item.
