    The item was far from having just a few cosmetic issues. It was nothing like the picture. It was in bad shape and smelled very musty. The seller claimed no returns but on the ad it says returns accepted. I would not buy from this seller. The ad is very deceptive. I have attached a picture the seller posted and three pictures of the item I received. I am a dive instructor and the BCD is in poor shape. The velcro doesnt stick. There are no bungees on the wing. It is in poor condtion.
