    Great features

    I love this deep fryer. Easy to drain and clean. We cook a lot of breaded fresh fish and with the dual zone the grease doesn't burn the partials of breading thus being able to use the grease more than once. It is a pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

    Love this deep fryer

    I ordered this for a party. Everyone wanted to try and use it and it was a big hit and a large success. It was easy to set up. Is easy and friendly use. The best part cleanup was a breeze and with the drain system you can just drain the oil and save it for another time. I looked at many deep fryers before purchasing the Delonghi and it turned out better than I thought. Highly recommend this product!
