When I first received the kayak, I was greeted with an article of the previous user's clothing. I wasn't sure if it was swim panties or a swim cap. (Had I known how this seller would respond to my return request, I would've taken a photo.) When I used the kayak and then was packing back in the backpack, I noticed a rip and several holes in it. So much for "Like New".
