I have a lot of trouble with the bands and just wanted the swing arm ones. I contacted seller, about returning and getting just the ones with swing arms. He said to contact eBay about a refund and when he gets them he'd inspect them and offer a refund. How to I go about this. Do I pay for shipping? As the description was false, it seems unfair to have to pay for shipping when returning. Hope to hear from you.
