The item arrived with a "reconditioned:" sticker. This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

Listed the reason for the return, seller emailed a fed ex prepaid return, took the package to a fed ex location and off it went. I highly recommend this seller, this person lives up to the description of the product and a total hassle freed return. Exceptional seller.

They have been great with communication, fast shipping and working with an item I wasn’t happy with. Thank you all so much for a great experience. I definitely recommend them
