    Item as described and does appear to be new. The board fired up on the first boot despite the capacitors likely on their way out with age (a common problem of a board of this vintage). Was able to run through some benchmarks and so far the system seems stable. Shipping was quick and the item was packaged well for transit. Would be happy to work with seller again given my experience.
