I like it.
I bought this set for my used computer. It does the job and gives good sound. I only have two problems with it. First, the cords should be about a foot longer. Functional, but quirky
THis was my first experience with USB-driven speakers. They connected easy enough, but took a few restarts for my Win7Pro desktop to find them. They work acceptably, with good sound quality; but are not very loud-my window AC unit makes it impossible discern what someone is saying if listening to a lecture, newscast or sermon. Also, I've had several times (during the first week) when they were non-functional and did not come back to life until I closed my browser & reopened it. So far so good. Speakers work. I sometimes wish they provided a little amplification, but then that is not what speakers are designed to do. I use them with my computer and the computer is what does not have enough power. I didnt expect these to last, very long anyway, or as long as they have. They are good quality sound although I wsh they were a bit louder or the volume was more varied but for the money they are EXCELLENT and I would reccommend them to anyone! It Depends . . .
I have a sensitive ear for sound. The sound is very.... tinny, like an irritating metal. The quality of the sound is very low in my opinion. There is not a musician on the planet that would keep these once they've heard them. I kept them and gave them to my granddaughter to listen to her cartoon videos. She's 5 yrs. old... What's funny is... she doesn't stick around to watch her videos on her tablet. She comes and takes mine. Not sure if it's because of the sound, but it surely seems like it... Just so you know, I've owned and used 'Logitech' speakers before and they sounded crystal clear and easing on the ears. My disappointment is great, it just doesn't seem like 'Logitech' quality. not very loud but definitely louder than my 2 laptop speakers (and the laptops are 2 different brands) that for some applications are too low. Still for that very rare webinar with really almost inaudible sound wouldn't be enough.
