    Awesome Wargaming Rules: Lion Rampant 2nd Edition

    In the world of miniature wargaming there are lots of rules available. Lion Rampant 2nd Edition is a GREAT set of basic rules to easily get you started. Utilizing basic 6 sided dice and no special cards, or other "stuff" to clutter the table the rule book and whatever miniatures you would like to use are all you need. Specific areas where these rules really stand apart: - Base size and shape agnostic (you can base your figures as you like and still make it work) - Unit sizes are 6 or 12 to start reducing during the course of play. (there are special rules which "upgrade" or further set units apart from others) - 50 miniatures would be a BIG "army," this means that 1 to 2 boxes of something should be all that is needed to get you going. - These rules are exactly what the book ...
