        Received the wrong item after waiting 2 weeks to get the item I purchased. Not acceptable. Never heard from seller about why it's taken so long and now I have an ugly tissue box. I expect to receive the item I purchased within the next 48 hrs. I would also like the shipping charges refunded.

        I made a mistake and switched the labels. I explained that the other item was going to take a few days to arrive at its destination and I would have it forwarded but buyer was not happy and demanded that I overnight the item. It was impossible to do that because I no longer had the item in hand. I offered a full refund since she did not want to wait for the exchange. I needed her to return the item she received, I tried to work with the buyer but to no avail. I wish we could have worked it out.
