    I received the wrong item. I ordered a left side spindle adaptor (left-had threaaded) but I received a right side. When contacting the seller, I was connected to a chat bot that asked a series of questions. I responded to each inquiry and provided everything requested. This communication used up the time window for a return and now the chat bot isn't communicating. Fortunately, the item was very inexpensive, so my loss is mostly inconvenience and grief. I do not recommend this seller.
