    Video / dvd recorder combi.

    I have managed to get everything working with the recorders and I have a complex Ariel and BT system that goes to the rest of our house. I have managed to record from live TV onto disc and video tape. I have copied a programme from a video tape onto a dvd. I have even managed to record something from the BT box planner. I haven't tried to set it to record yet but I don't antisipate any problems with that. Would I buy it again. .... Yes

    Good for VHS to DVD Transfer

    A combination of VHS and DVD in one machine. A good machine in it's day but a bit dated now. It probably wouldn't be used a lot for Freeview recording but good for transferring old VHS tapes to DVD. Also has Scart connections.

    Nearly quite good

    Yes it does what I bought it for - copying from my virgin tivo box to DVD. You play the recording through the scart connection to the TV, then at the same time record onto Dvd. The 88 page manual you can download still didn't help me get rid of adverts so I had to revert to manually pausing - hence nearly quite good! Connecting to smart Panasonic TV was a doddle - turn it on and TV switches straight there.

    Panasonic VHS to DVD

    We are now in an era when VHS is coming to an end if it has not already got there. Many of us have important VHS with family videos or rare VHS videos no longer available on any format. This Panasonic unit is the answer. It will copy all VHS formats to DVD. Panasonic quality.
