The seller's communication was great and promptly responded to any questions or concerns that I had. Next we had to have freight shipping and it was fast along with choosing an excellent shipping company. I hope to not need another commercial treadmill soon however I highly recommend this seller!

If it was the display or motor than it would've been a different story..Also, it was a bummer for the reveal after the assembly for the wife when railing trim and others were absent.
