Not perfect but happy with result
This is the first 'faulty' item I've bought that I won't send back. The spray function doesn't work even after troubleshooting every option and this seems to be a common problem from online reviews. The left hand side of the machine is therefore obsolete. However I prefer to hand apply shampoo to the carpet and the hoover function on this is great. Expect to get back 50% of fluid applied if you press hard. Carpets are fully dry within 2 days and they are rejuvenated in texture as well as clean. Have only used Rug Doctor spot solution so cannot comment on other carpet shampoo makes. Easy to use, hardly any cleaning required and easy to store. Be careful of pulling along by hose (as I do my Dyson cylinder vacuum) as it isn't balanced and will tip over, curtailing the suction function until you put it right again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Compact must have spot cleaner
This machine is a good quality compact piece of kit. It dealt with a large stain I was unable to clean with a 'sponge and spot cleaner' really easily. Small but perfectly formed
Suitable as it says for spot cleaning or spills. Easy to use and store away. Took 4 tank fills to clean a staircase, but that’s all you can expect from a mini machine. The spray is several inches ahead of the vacuum head so you have to be aware of areas you may miss. Better than expected
