    LOVE IT!

    Chef Trotter was one of the best Chefs in the world when he wrote this book. I learned so much from him by his books. This is an amazing look at vegetarianism before it was the norm. Check it out, guaranteed you'll learn something and be inspired.

    Chef Trotter Book of Vegetables

    My Chef Son served his externship under Charlie Trotter and this was the only book that he didn't have of his - he was totally excited to get it. It was in pristine condition too which I am truly grateful for that!
