Despatch was prompt, a delay of one day being caused by UK Post Office locally (my general advice would be to avoid UK Post Office when possible). Packaging effective. The recorder is as described: visually beautiful and on initial playing has a lovely tone and depth. As yet unable to "play it in" properly due to absence, but will now do so. It was well packaged and arrived early - I was expecting it on July 14, and it arrived on July 11. Despite missing grease-pot (no big deal) this was good value for money.
