I'm certain this is not something done by the seller but rather the shipping services these days. Apparently the new policy at UPS, USPS, & FedEx is to throw pkgs off a couple bridges before delivering them cuz I've experienced multiple similar situations like this with many other pkgs recently. No fault of seller they did their part just fine. Thanks & I would definitely buy from again!
