I usually buy cod liver oil out of habit but I have been reading articles that this Omega fish oil is even better. 20 years ago I was diagnosed with arthritis in my right knew and since taking this, rough estimate 6 or 7 years ago, I have no trouble with my knee apart from the odd twinge, which, at 74, is expected.
