Ad clearly states balustrade kit is for one run of wire, and total number of sets are in the item description...which is 40 sets. I ordered 2 x 40 SETS, and I received 20 sets ONLY, not 80 as ordered & paid for. When I queried I was told ...our apologies, someone in packing can't count, and we'll get the rest of your order to you ASAP. Recd 10, Queried, was offered refund if I return all. Said i don't want return want rest of order ASAP, no response to this email.
